Teleperformance Philippines continues to strengthen gender and disability inclusivity in its workplace

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (or DE&I) refers to efforts that an institution takes to make its culture and environment more welcoming and inclusive. Teleperformance Philippines (TP) is one such company that seeks to strengthen DE&I in its workplace, especially gender and disability inclusivity.

Previously, TP collaborated with Project Inclusion Network (PIN) to identify employable people with disabilities from their network of institutions, communities, and organizations.

Recently, in an internal forum titled “Interweaving Inclusion in our TP DNA”, organized by TP women, its gender inclusivity arm that aims to promote gender and disability inclusivity, TP featured key resource persons and TP employees as speakers on PWD inclusivity in the workplace, especially women with disabilities. Teleperformance’s partnership with Project Inclusion Network means more employment opportunities for PWDs

Teleperformance Philippines recently announced its partnership with Project Inclusion Network (PIN), a non-profit organization that works towards realizing the potential of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to actively participate in and productively contribute to society.

As part of the partnership, Teleperformance Philippines will assist PIN in identifying employable people with disabilities from their network of partner institutions, communities, and organizations that teach and train people with impairments. Moving forward, both organizations will be collaborating towards improving knowledge and comprehension of behavioral concepts and processes in the workplace, through increased productivity and integration.
