Beginning July 17, Starbucks lovers will be able to enjoy the new Starbucks Rewards program that makes it easier to collect Stars and redeem rewards.
Let’s look at what’s new…
Before: You’d get a Star for every beverage or coffee bean purchase ONLY.
Now: You get a Star with every PhP 25 on ALMOST EVERYTHING you can buy at their stores using the registered card or app. So even food and merchandise purchases count! And for every 100 Stars accumulated, you can redeem FOR FREE a favorite handcrafted beverage, any pastry, or slice of cake.
How else do you get Stars?
There are other ways to get Stars!
1. Get DOUBLE STARS on the first seven (7) days after joining the program.
2. Get DOUBLE STARS when you purchase a featured beverage on the first day of a new promotion.
3. Starbucks will also unlock Double Star Days, different days every month, when customers can get twice as many Stars on purchases of their favorites from Starbucks.
And, on your birthday, you still get a free beverage or food item.
How do we join the new Starbucks Rewards program?
New customers: Activate and register a Starbucks Card to Starbucks Rewards.
Old customers: Update your old password, add a new Starbucks Card to your account through the website and latest app on Google Play or the App Store.
More coming from the new Starbucks App too. Members will enjoy cashless payments and new features like automatic reloading, so they never have to line up to add value on their Starbucks Card.
