A few months ago, I was sent a box of Malungai Life Oil to try. 

I’ve been taking malunggay (moringa oleifera) in some form or other already. In fact, malunggay has been incorporated into a lot of products already — coffee, tea, lotion, body care or simply crushed versions of malunggay (taken in capsule form).

Malunggay is known to have many benefits:

Last Christmas 2010, I got very sick. A virus was going around and I went from just colds and cough to flu to asthma. It took several weeks, well after New Year, before I started to feel better. So it seems the difference is that most dried and pulverized varieties are sourced from malunggay leaves while Malungai Life Oil comes from malunggay seeds and leaves.
